Paul is the founder of Immersion Neuroscience, the world’s first neuroscience as a service platform. Paul is also the author of many papers and his most recent book is Trust Factor: The Science of Creating High-Performance Companies.

Paul talks about connection and why humans want connection. He links this to building trust and how this works in business.
Paul talks about his mistakes in leadership and what he has learned from his research stemming from his fascination of wanting to understand why humans do what they do.
